GENERAL POLICY

SampleVerse endeavours to provide high quality audio products that meet professional standards. Due to the digital nature of our products and the possibility of unauthorised duplication, all sales for individual samples, loops and sounds under €5.00 are final.

 

Widerrufsrecht für digitale Produkte

Under German law, you have the right to cancel your purchase of digital products within 14 days from the date of purchase without giving any reason. This right of cancellation expires when you start downloading the digital product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, please contact our support team at sampleversebusiness@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and provide your order number and a statement that you are withdrawing from the contract.

Once you have started the download, your right of cancellation will expire and we will not be able to accept a refund request based on the right of cancellation.

SAMPLE PACKS AND PREMIUM PRODUCTS

For sample packs and premium products costing €5 or more, we offer a limited refund policy, in addition to your statutory right of cancellation as described below:

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds for sample packs and premium products can only be considered in the following circumstances:

  1. Technical Issues: If you are unable to download or access the purchased content due to technical issues on our end that we are unable to resolve within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Content Misrepresentation: If the description of the product materially misrepresents the actual contents (e.g. the advertised number of samples is materially different from what is supplied).

Exclusion of refundss

Refund Exclusions

Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. You have downloaded and accessed the entire contents of your order
  2. You have simply changed your mind or no longer require the product
  3. You have found a similar product elsewhere
  4. You have inadvertently purchased the wrong product
  5. You do not have the technical skills or compatible software to use the product
  6. You claim that the samples do not fit your project after downloading them

Refund Procedure

To request a refund for eligible products:

  1. Contact our support team at sampleversebusiness@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase
  2. Include your order number, product name, and detailed reason for requesting a refund
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Alternative Resolution

In some cases, we may offer the following alternatives instead of a refund:

  1. Product exchange for a different sample pack of equal value
  2. Store credit for future purchases
  3. Technical support to resolve issues with using the purchased content

Refund policy for individual samples, loops and sounds

We do not offer refunds for individual samples, loops and sounds under €5 beyond what is required by law. Please note that you still have your statutory right of cancellation as described above.

PREVIEW SAMPLES

SampleVerse provides preview samples for all products. We strongly encourage customers to listen to these previews before purchasing to ensure the samples meet your creative needs.

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY

SampleVerse reserves the right to refuse refunds and terminate accounts if we detect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

  1. Multiple refund requests from the same customer
  2. Evidence of content extraction followed by refund requests
  3. Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve issues with our support team

AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
